Our pepperoni is smoked over beechwood, naturally cured and made to a traditional recipe over 150 years old. PROPERONI’s products conform to the highest quality and food safety standards. Our cured meats are made from the finest cuts of premium pork and spices, but strictly free from all chemicals such as preservatives, nitrites, nitrates and additives.

Our 1kg bags are sent out via Royal Mail ,DPD or Evri using
next day delivery whenever possible. For delivery to the Scottish Highlands and
Northern Ireland we have a DPD two day service.
1kg bags orders placed after 12pm onThursdays are put on hold and dispatched on Monday morning.

However, on average, if you put 25 grams of pepperoni on a pizza which is pretty standard, then they would get 40 pizzas topped from a 1kg bag.

You can freeze Properoni if necessary, there are no food safety risks involved, but it can alter the microfibres and spices when frozen. As such, we recommend avoiding freezing where possible to ensure that your delicious pepperoni maintains optimal taste and texture.
