next day delivery whenever possible. For delivery to the Scottish Highlands and
Northern Ireland  we have a DPD two day service. 

1kg bags orders placed after 12pm onThursdays are put on hold and dispatched on Monday morning.

How many pizzas can a 1kg bag top?

It depends on a number of factors.

  • The type of pizza – is it just pepperoni, or pepperoni as part of multiple toppings?
  • Size of the pizza - standard 25cm diameter requirements are very different to a larger 30-35cm diameter pizza.
  • The generosity of the chef is also a key component! 

However, on average, if you put 25 grams of pepperoni on a pizza which is pretty standard, then they would get 40 pizzas topped from a 1kg bag. 

This is where the crumble is great as you don't need much to get good coverage/distribution on a pizza, and a little crumble ensures every part of the pizza is covered, spreads that beechwood smoke flavour profile, adds a different texture, and ensures high yields from a business point of view - perfect.

Can you freeze pepperoni?

You can freeze Properoni if necessary, there are no food safety risks involved, but it can alter the microfibres and spices when frozen. As such, we recommend avoiding freezing where possible to ensure that your delicious pepperoni maintains optimal taste and texture.
