PROPERONI Crumble & Whipped Feta Pizza

A spicy PROPERONI® Crumble pizza with a cooling drizzle of whipped feta. 

RECIPE:
A spicy PROPERONI® Crumble pizza with a cooling drizzle of whipped feta.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 250g dough ball
  • 3oz tomato sauce
  • 70g of fior di latte
  • a handful of PROPERONI Crumble
  • a handful of sliced, roasted red peppers
  • Yamas whipped feta pot
  • 1/2 tablespoon of parsley plus extra to finish
  • a drizzle of olive oil

METHOD:
  1. Firstly, make the whipped feta drizzle. Stir a drizzle of olive oil and the chopped parsley through the whipped feta pot.
  2. Press out your dough ball and top with tomato, fior di latte, PROPERONI Crumble and the red peppers.
  3. Bake.
  4. Finish with a drizzle of whipped feta and some extra parsley.
