PROPERONI Crumble Stuffed Crust Pizza

A great pizza recipe for people who usually leave their crusts! I had trouble with the cheese splitting so I sprinkled PROPERONI Crumble around the edges and then folded the crust over. So it's super easy to do in service. 
INGREDIENTS:
  • one dough ball
  • 2oz of tomato sauce
  • 100g of mozzarella
  • a couple of handfuls of PROPERONI Crumble 
METHOD:
  1. Press out your dough ball all the way to the edge, don't leave a crust.
  2. Sprinkle PROPERONI Crumble around the edges and then press the dough over itself to form a crust with PROPERONI Crumble in the middle.
  3. Top your dough with tomato sauce, cheese and more PROPERONI Crumble.
  4. Bake until golden and crunchy.
