A great pizza recipe for people who usually leave their crusts! I had trouble with the cheese splitting so I sprinkled PROPERONI Crumble around the edges and then folded the crust over. So it's super easy to do in service.
INGREDIENTS:
- one dough ball
- 2oz of tomato sauce
- 100g of mozzarella
- a couple of handfuls of PROPERONI Crumble
METHOD:
- Press out your dough ball all the way to the edge, don't leave a crust.
- Sprinkle PROPERONI Crumble around the edges and then press the dough over itself to form a crust with PROPERONI Crumble in the middle.
- Top your dough with tomato sauce, cheese and more PROPERONI Crumble.
- Bake until golden and crunchy.
