Treat your customers to some next level dough balls! These PROPERONI Crumble dough balls are smoky, sticky and totally moreish!
Ingredients:
250g dough ball
Two handfuls of PROPERONI Crumble
A drizzle of olive oil
A drizzle of JDs Hot Honey
A tablespoon of chopped parsley or chives
1-2 tablespoons of grated parmesan
Method:
- Press out your dough ball right to the edges, don't leave a gap.

Sprinkle your PROPERONI Crumble over half of the dough ball and then fold the other half over the top. So the Crumble is sandwiched between two sheets of dough. Press the dough down firmly.

Using a pizza cutter, cut into 1 inch squares.
- Oil your pan and place the squares of dough into the pan, make sure the squares don't overlap so they can cook fully.
- Bake until the dough is cooked through with charring on top.
- Finish with hot honey, parsley and parmesan.
