500g Brussels sprouts

150g PROPERONI

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

30g parmesan, grated

Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C.
- Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and place them cut side down on a baking tray. Roast for 15 minutes or until golden and tender.
- Meanwhile, heat a pan over medium heat and cook the PROPERONI slices until their natural oils release and they turn slightly crispy.
- Remove the sprouts from the oven and add them to the pan with the PROPERONI. Drizzle over the honey and balsamic vinegar, tossing everything together until coated.
- Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with grated parmesan, and serve.
