PROPERONI Christmas Brussel Sprouts

Level up your Brussels sprouts with a smoky, sweet twist that'll have everyone coming back for seconds!

Ingredients:

  • 500g Brussels sprouts
  • 150g PROPERONI
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 30g parmesan, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  2. Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and place them cut side down on a baking tray. Roast for 15 minutes or until golden and tender.
  3. Meanwhile, heat a pan over medium heat and cook the PROPERONI slices until their natural oils release and they turn slightly crispy.
  4. Remove the sprouts from the oven and add them to the pan with the PROPERONI. Drizzle over the honey and balsamic vinegar, tossing everything together until coated.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish, sprinkle with grated parmesan, and serve.
