PROPERONI® Spring Greens Bean Dip.

A vibrant, creamy dip topped with PROPERONI crumble for a bold, spicy finish.

Shopping List 

Tesco: PROPERONI®  Pepperoni Crumble (hero ingredient), Spring greens small bag (fresh veg), Cannellini or butter beans tin (tinned goods), 1 lemon (fresh veg), Garlic bulb or lazy garlic jar (fresh veg), Olive oil (oils aisle), Pitta breads or crackers to serve (bread aisle), Salt, pepper & chilli flakes (storecupboard).

Recipe: 

1. Wilt spring greens in a little olive oil with garlic for 2–3 mins until soft and bright green. Season well. 

2. Add wilted greens, drained beans, lemon juice, olive oil and seasoning to a blender. Blitz until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning to taste. 

3. Spoon onto a plate or board and swirl into a wide, generous layer. 

4. Scatter PROPERONI crumble generously over the top the smoky red against the vivid green is the whole look. 5. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil, chilli flakes and lemon zest. Serve with pitta or crackers
