DELIVERY (UK Mainland Only)

We dispatch orders Monday-Thursday, please allow 1-3 days for your order to be dispatched. We use Royal Mail 24 and 48 which is a tracked service to fulfil all orders of our bundle packs. So there should be no problem in getting your Properoni to you, if Royal Mail normally deliver to your address. We do however recognise that on occasions Royal Mail service may not live up to our high standards. While it should be a 24 or 48 hour service, once we hand it over to Royal Mail, we are in their hands. So, we have pre-empted any possibility of delay: Our sliced product is accompanied by ice packs to maintain the cool chain even in the hottest weather. Our Chorizo is ambient and therefore doesn't require refrigeration until opened. On the cart page you can add delivery instructions to nominate a safe place to leave your parcel if you are not at home.

 

POSTAGE COST We charge £3.95 postage as standard across all of our bundle packs. Please note – this is not applicable for our 1kg trade offering where postage costs vary.
