Butter 75 g
Sliced Properoni 100g
Red Leicester Cheese grated 100g
Medium Cheddar Cheese grated100g
8 Slices Sourdough bread
Put a piece of butter in a hot non-stick or cast iron pan on medium heat.
Put sourdough slices in the pan, cover slices with a layer of Cove a layer of Properoni
Then a layer of red Leicester and another slice of Sourdough. Brush the top of sourdough with butter.
Flip the sandwich when the bottom slice is golden brown. Remove when the other side of the sandwich is golden brown and crispy.
Repeat until all your bread is gone.
Place on a baking tray lined with parchment and put in 180℃ preheated oven for 4-5 minutes until all the cheese is completely melted.
