PROPERONI® Crumble Tenderstem Broccoli

PROPERONI®  Tenderstem Broccoli with Seeds & Pepperoni Crumble. 

A charred, nutty side elevated with PROPERONI® crumble.

Shopping List

 PROPERONI Pepperoni Crumble (hero ingredient), Tenderstem broccoli 200g pack (fresh veg), Mixed seeds pumpkin & sunflower (cereals aisle), 1 lemon (fresh veg), Olive oil (oils aisle), Salt & chilli flakes (storecupboard).

Recipe: 1. Get a griddle or frying pan screaming hot. Toss tenderstem in olive oil, a pinch of salt and chilli flakes. 

2. Char in the hot pan for 3–4 mins, turning once, until stems are tender and tips are catching colour. 

3. Remove from the pan and arrange on a plate or board. 

4. Scatter mixed seeds over the broccoli, then finish with a generous handful of PROPERONI pepperoni crumble. 

5. Squeeze over fresh lemon and serve immediately.
