Properoni is pepperoni made properly. Widely recognised as the gold standard, our pairs retain all the goodness of the finest cuts of meat with minimum water content, allowing you to create unsurpassed flavours in dishes that will get everybody around your table talking about Properoni.

You’ll be able to retain the integrity of the meat just as we have before getting it to you. Properoni is smoked over beechwood, naturally cured and made to a traditional recipe that hasn’t changed in over 150 years.
