Properoni is pepperoni made properly. Our ready sliced Hot Paprika product retains all the goodness of the finest cuts of meat with minimum water content and allows you to create dishes with a warming, spicy kick that will get everybody around your table talking about Properoni.

You’ll be able to retain the integrity of the meat just as we have before getting it to you. Properoni is smoked over beechwood, naturally cured and made to a traditional recipe that hasn’t changed in over 150 years.
